Bonjour monsieur! I always start the day with a good carb. Drop by any boulangerie and you’ll find the most amazing croissants. Since I often stay around Le Marais, my go-to is Au Petit Versailles du Marais.
My boss recommended L’as du Fallafel and it didn’t disappoint. The line is long, but it goes fast. More importantly, it’s a budget-friendly meal.
I mentioned Unicorners in my other Paris post. I like the vibe. It happens to be a coworking space as well.
In the 11th arrondissement, you’ll find Le Servan. I loved this meal. We went for lunch. I like pre-fixe menus so that I can taste more. I started with the wonton, then the most delicious razor clam and eventually the tuna steaks. (There was dessert, but it didn’t photography well, sorry.)
There’s that eyebrow of mine, yet again.
After our failed attempt to go to Palais de Tokyo, we needed to make the next meal count. Although the restaurant was empty, we heard great things. The Parcels playlist really set the mood here. Food wasn’t try hard and hit all the right flavors. Hands down my favorite meal this trip, Bagnard Saintonage. Our choices: 1. Chickpea fries 2. Mediterranean tuna tartare 3. Vegetable spaghetti, black truffle & arugula and beetroot juice 4. Raspberry sorbey with meringue TIRSO TIP: When you go to the restroom, look up! You’re welcome.

For anyone that’s looking into design books for learning, this is a round-up of my recommendations. Everything will be linked in the description below. Elements
